I stayed here for two nights in a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds. The room felt spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic, just minutes away from Crystal Bridges, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast offered a nice variety. my granddaughters loved the waffle station. The staff were friendly but there were some noticeable issues. The mattresses felt very hard, and none of us slept well. We also had consistent trouble with the room key cards, which took multiple tries each time to work. The pool was overcrowded during our visit, and the hot tub was cold and out of service, which was disappointing for my family. If those mattresses were replaced and the key card issue fixed, I’d definitely consider returning.
